Cleopatra Jones, Executive Director.  Cleopatra Jones is the founder of
Neighbors of Seaton Place, which was established in 1994, and
incorporated as a 501(3) organization in 2006.  Ms. Jones has extensive
volunteer and community advocacy experience.  She is an ANC
Commissioner in 5C, and a seven-term president of the Bloomingdale Civic
Association.  She serves on several boards, and is a member of various
CBOs.  She is recognized for the innumerable ways in which she makes a
difference in her community.  She has written and published several
articles.  She was a past coordinator for the Department of Justices’ Weed
and Seed initiative (North Capitol).  She has served as an officer with NSP,
for developmental growth and overall assistance to all officers in need.  

Dr. Edna O. Reid, President.  Dr. Reid is a former employee of the CIA, where
she specialized in terrorism. She has also written and published several books
on the subject.  For twenty-years, she has managed the development of
government policies and system reform and strategies that connect
governments and countries. She serves on several boards, and she has taught
in the Philippines and Malaysia, as well as in Philadelphia, California, and Arizona.
She currently teaches Library Science at the university level.

Brenda F. Clark, Secretary.  Ms. Clark is a Graphic Design Artist with a BFA. She
has fourteen years of experience as a visual problem solver with a keen eye for
visual communication. She helps design, develop, and creates brochures, books,
and magazines. She also manages her own graphic design company.

Dr. Sharon Belton.  Dr. Belton received a PhD in psychology from George
Washington University.  She currently works as a clinical psychologist for Fairfax
County Public Schools, specializing in special education students.  She also
volunteers her services to families who need educational testing, but who are
unable to pay.  For the past ten years, she has worked at a community mental
health center providing therapy and psychological assessment, and advocating
for an affirmative mental health policy in the United States.

Joyce Berkley.  Ms. Berkley is a realtor serving the tri-state area.  She has been
a leader and administrator in the real estate field for the past fifteen years.  She
has demonstrated experience in business, where she has implemented capacity
building and visioning. She is a lover of history and a world traveler.
Elevate all young people as stakeholders engage youth adults and community in a positive bond built through educational experiences and exposure to relevant and effective
programs and practices, and inspire teens to participate in enriching networking opportunities.
